A. Who we are and what this is

Beacon Health Coach is a beta fitness and wellness product of Nexus Beacon LLC. The public site is beaconhealthcoach.com. Our principal place of business is Texas, USA.

This software helps you gather training, recovery, food, and body notes in one place and generates a daily plan in the voice of one named coach you pick. It is coaching software. It is not a clinic, not a medical record system, and not a substitute for a licensed professional.

The six named coaches — Sunny Sparks, Coach Karen, Major Tom, Coach Voss, Sergeant Rex, and Titan Kane — are product personas. They are not people providing care to you. You are not a patient of Nexus Beacon LLC.

We do not sell your personal information. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

B. Beta testing

You are using unfinished software as a tester. The product is provided AS IS. Features may change, break, pause, or end without notice. Data you store here may be lost, reset, or migrated during the beta.

We may ask for feedback. If you send comments, ideas, or bug reports, Nexus Beacon LLC may use them to improve the product without payment, attribution, or any obligation to you.

Do not treat this beta as a production medical or training system of record. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

C. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account and use the service.

We do not offer accounts to anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data we reasonably can.

By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

If you have a medical condition, talk to your own clinician first.

D. Not medical advice

Nothing in Beacon Health Coach is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, or a care plan. No use of this product creates a doctor–patient, dietitian–client, or other professional relationship with Nexus Beacon LLC or with any coach persona.

This product is not a medical device. We do not claim FDA clearance. Wearable numbers, lab files you upload, calorie estimates, HRV, sleep scores, and generated plans can be wrong, incomplete, or stale. You must verify important numbers on your own devices and with your own clinicians.

If a plan in this app conflicts with instructions from your clinician, your clinician wins. Stop and get in-person help for injury, illness, or any warning sign that worries you.

E. Assumption of risk

Physical training, rest, nutrition, supplements, and following any plan in this app can cause injury, illness, or worse. You choose what to do with your body. You are solely responsible for those choices.

Stop the activity and get medical help if you have chest pain, dizziness, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, uncontrolled bleeding, or any other warning sign.

You assume the risks of your own exercise and nutrition decisions, including decisions you make after reading a coach message or a daily plan.

F. User content and uploads

You may upload photos, screenshots, lab files, and other materials, and you may connect third-party apps so we can read data you authorize.

You grant Nexus Beacon LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Beacon Health Coach for you. We do not claim we own your photos or your training logs.

Confirm-then-delete is how uploads work: when you confirm, we keep only the fields you approved and delete the raw file from our live systems.

You warrant that you have the right to upload what you send us and to grant that license. Do not upload illegal content, content that exploits anyone, or files you do not have the right to share. We may remove data that we believe violates these terms or the law.

Your information

You are responsible for the information you provide to Beacon Health Coach, including account details, goals, logs, photos, files you upload, and data from apps or devices you connect. We use that information to operate the coaching software. If the information is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, plans and coaching may be wrong. We do not independently verify every number you enter or upload.

G. Connected apps

Strava, Oura, Fitbit, Apple, Google, Garmin, Samsung, Strong, Hevy, and other brands are independent companies. We are not those companies. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their products.

Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. Beacon Health Coach is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by those owners. HealthKit, Health Connect, and similar platform names are used to describe compatible data sources. See /legal/marks.

A connection in this app is real only when we hold a grant or token for your account, or when you have uploaded a file that we stored for you. We do not mark a provider Connected without that. We may lose access if they revoke us, if you disconnect, or if credentials change.

We do not warrant third-party data. We do not post activities back to Strava. Native phone health platforms connect on a device later; this website will not pretend they are connected.

H. Third-party products

Beacon Health Coach uses an affiliate model. Nexus Beacon LLC may earn a commission if you buy through a partner link we show you. We are not the merchant of record for Thorne or any other partner goods. The brand ships, bills, handles returns, and their terms apply.

We do not take payment on Beacon for supplements, gear, meal prep, or labs. Stripe, if we add it later, is only for a Coach subscription — not a cart for partner products. We do not store Thorne order data we do not have.

Nothing we show about a third-party product is a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or protocol. You might discuss a product with your own clinician. Texas law governs these terms.

I. Accounts and security

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it was compromised.

Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you believe someone else used your account. We may lock or reset access while we look at a report.

J. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, overload it, or interfere with other testers. Do not reverse engineer the product except to the extent a law in your jurisdiction says we cannot stop you.

Some coaches use adult language. Titan Kane uses profanity and vulgar coaching and is only assigned after you opt in. Sergeant Rex may swear if you skip. Sunny Sparks may curse occasionally. Coach Karen, Coach Voss, and Major Tom stay clean.

Do not use Beacon Health Coach to deliver clinical care to other people. Do not try to break into another user’s account, files, or connections.

We may slow or pause coach chat requests to protect the service from abuse or outages.

K. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Beacon LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, uninterrupted service, and accuracy of HRV, calories, sleep, labs, or any plan we generate.

We do not warrant that the beta will be available on any given day or that a daily plan is safe for you.

L. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Beacon LLC, its officers, contractors, and the AI or persona coaches in this product are not liable for personal injury, lost profits, lost data, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the beta — including injury from training or diet you chose after reading a plan.

Where a waiver of personal-injury liability is limited by state law, that waiver is limited only to that extent. Nothing here is a promise that every clause will be enforced in every court.

For proven direct damages that a court does not otherwise bar, our liability is capped at the greater of (i) the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (ii) fifty U.S. dollars ($50), because this beta may be offered at no charge.

M. Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Nexus Beacon LLC and its officers and contractors from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the service, your uploads, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

N. Termination

We may suspend or delete beta accounts at any time, including for inactivity, abuse, legal risk, or because the beta is ending. You may stop using the product and request deletion of your account through the product or by emailing us.

O. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Texas. You and Nexus Beacon LLC agree those Texas courts are the exclusive forum.

Nexus Beacon LLC may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in another court solely to protect the service, users, or our rights. Texas remains the exclusive venue for all other disputes.

This pass does not require arbitration and does not waive class actions.

P. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is 2026-10-09.1. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version with a checkbox or give you notice in the product before the new terms apply to you.

R. Severability, entire agreement, no waiver

If a court finds a part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Nexus Beacon LLC about Beacon Health Coach. They replace prior oral or written statements about the same subject.

If we do not enforce a provision once, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in a reorganization or sale of the product.

S. Fees and billing

During this beta the entire Coach subscription fee is $0.00. We do not charge testers. Stripe and PayPal checkout are not live in this build.

After beta, the list price is nineteen U.S. dollars and ninety-five cents ($19.95 USD) per month. Each month you meet your primary goal and complete at least seventy percent (70%) of planned sessions, the next month’s price is five dollars ($5.00) less, down to a floor of five dollars ($5.00). Missing a month does not raise the price back up.

These fees are for the Coach subscription only. We do not take payment on Beacon for Thorne or other partner goods. Affiliate links, when shown, are disclosed. Texas law already governs these terms.
